Welcome to Menter Iaith Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen and Monmouthshire’s new website. The last year has been a busy period for the Menter with extensive changes to our status and procedures. We’re now a registered charity and have adopted a new governance system. This is part of working towards PQASSO standards to ensure that we’re ready to face the challenges of working in a modern and transparent manner. We have also moved offices from St. James’ hall in Pontypool to Mamhilad Park Business Estate. There are great facilities here and huge potential to increase the use of Welsh by local businesses.
The Menter’s team is currently organising exciting events for 2020 so please visit the website and the calendar to discover what’s happening.

Parent Support Group
Are you a parent looking for Welsh Language support?
Join our Parent Support Group to get support with Welsh Language school and homework, and also get access to free, downloadable Welsh educational activities, suitable for children of all ages.
